Appointment policies that keep the schedule fair for clients and barbers.
24+ hours
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment are handled without a penalty.
8–24 hours
Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A reschedule within the same week may avoid that charge when accommodated.
4 hours or less
Cancellations may be charged the full service amount. Same-day rescheduling may avoid the charge when availability allows.
No call / no show
A missed appointment without notice may be charged in full and may not receive rescheduling credit for that service.
Late arrivals
Arriving late may require cancellation and a full charge. Same-day rescheduling may be offered when availability allows.
