Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy - Noble Savage Barbershop, LLC
Please be advised that cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made up to 8 hours before a scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. Reschedules made up to 8 hours before a scheduled appointment can be rescheduled for the same week without penalty, otherwise the appointment will be subject to a charge of half the service rate.

Cancellations made 4 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a full charge of the service rate. Reschedules made 4 hours or less before a scheduled appointment can be rescheduled for the same day (subject to availability)without penalty, otherwise the appointment will be subject to a full charge of the service rate.

A "No Call/No Show" customer will be subject to a full charge of the service rate and will not be allowed to reschedule or receive credit for the scheduled service.

Arriving late to a scheduled appointment may be subject to cancellation and a full charge of the service rate. The appointment can be rescheduled for the same day (subject to availability)without penalty.
